We specialize in Burning Man-ready trailers designed specifically for Black Rock City — not just rentals that 'allow the event.' We understand Playa dust, generator planning, tank management, and post-event cleaning demands. We don't improvise. We prepare.

Our 9-night rental package is aligned with the official event schedule. Starting at $6,000 for the complete Playa experience.

Not included: Taxes, $500 standard cleaning fee, $1,500 refundable deposit, required insurance, optional generator rental.

Cooking utensils, pots and pans, eating cutlery, reusable plastic plates and cups, and RV-safe toilet paper are included. One fitted bedsheet is provided per bed.

Generators are not included in the base package. Generator rental is available for $350 for the event.

The standard cleaning fee covers general interior cleaning and sanitation. If heavy alkaline dust buildup is present inside cabinets, vents, upholstery, or appliances, the $500 excessive cleaning fee will apply.

When covering exterior windows, only blue painter's tape is permitted. Duct tape is strictly prohibited. If bringing additional toilet paper, it must be RV-safe toilet paper.

Each trailer includes one fitted bedsheet per sleeping area. For a fully prepared setup, Camp RV Rentals offers a Premium Bedding Package for $100 per rental. The Premium Bedding Package includes pillows, blankets, and bath towels. This option allows you to travel lighter and enjoy a complete comfort setup upon arrival.

All bedding items are provided in clean, inspected condition prior to departure. The renter assumes responsibility for all bedding items during the rental period.

If bedding is returned stained, torn, excessively soiled, permanently damaged, or missing, replacement costs will be deducted from the $1,500 refundable security deposit. Normal use is expected. Excessive wear or negligence is not permitted.
